No new signings... We're going to be in trouble.

I am not sure that Pardew will take the blame when the club start the season poorly, which on the face of things looks pretty likely.
As you say SE some pretty silly games seem to be playing out behind the scenes at NUFC.
Ashley's appointment of Joke, undermining Pardew, unsettling the club and therefore the squad, showing zero ambition going forwards and not looking to even be trying to secure those players that Carr has spent yonks scouting.
It's simply got to be so demoralizing for everyone connected with the club and l for one would not be surprised to see players desperate to leave a club, that apparently is going absolutely nowhere.
Pardew does have to pull his socks up and needs to reestablish himself as a credible manager and tactician this coming season, but he cannot shoulder all the blame for the virus that envelopes our club, yet again.

 

Its all ok everyone. Carlton Coles move to West Ham has fallen through. So has Dan Goslings. There's two new signings without a penny spent. Great work.

Gosling and Cole were both set for Palace. Palace have realised they're **** and just left them hanging. I was simply saying I can se Gosling returning like a turd that won't flush and Cole ending up as new striker.

 

I'm not a fan of Bent but Christ I would welcome the bastard with open arms instead of Cole. Yes he would be better than Shola but he is still shockingly awful.
