Apart from injuries leaving us Davies, Elmo and Robertson. We are going to have to attack because those three are going to struggle to defend
Still two matches to go to add to the injuries with only two fit goalkeepers if Jak is still injuried. If we sold the club now we could buy the players we need. If we dont sell the club we will struggle to attract players.

According to the Torygraph, Ehaw is on holiday in France (yeah!) and conducting the interviews from there.

If you have shares in Allam Marine, I'd sell, sell sell. New MD is a clueless chancer who is out of his depth.

Don't most clubs have defensive coaches and goalscoring coaches as well as goalkeeping coaches? We only seem to have a goalkeeping coach.

I said: "more relevant is that the players would look at how the manager situation has been handled and consider it a mess and have no confidence in the club being able to get a good manager considering the allams also want to sell the club"
I can stand by that statement. Do you think the players don't consider it a mess and have confidence in the club getting a good manager?
Given the players will most likely have release clauses that will be considered cheap for the increased transfer fees there's every chance several of them may leave before the closing of the transfer window. This is when we should be buying more players than we are losing.

I'm sure that the players will welcome the new manager. As to what they do or don't have confidence in I've got no idea - and nor have you. As for your second statement it's your usual negative hypothetical rubbish: "...will most likely..." " ...will be considered cheap..." ..there's every chance..." ...may leave..."

Thought Ehab would have preferred Spain, you know somewhere like Tossa or Bellend Medina.

Been thinking ...they seem to be exhausting the supply of managers who favour a nice v-neck jumper under a jacket -Rafa anyone ?

Ehab goes abroad on holiday while trying to appoint a manager and conduct player transfer business? Given these priorities and the fact the Allams should be trying to sell the club it would make more sense to have a holiday after all that has been taken care of.

"negative hypothetical rubbish"? So you are saying it's not true that the release clauses will have been negotiated before the increase in transfer fees? Diame's release clause is £4.5m and it is rare to be able to get a Premier League player for anywhere close to that now.

I've got no idea about the release clauses - and nor do you in your negative hypothetical rant.

Don't forget- the sale negotiations went on hold till September, because the club wanted to focus on recruitment of players signed. So to recap:-

No new larkers.
No manager.
No sale of club.
