I'm really unsure on Coleman.
Wales did as well as they did at the Euros mainly because Bale kept digging them out with goals. In fact, they're qualification coincided with the likes of Bale, Ramsay, etc actually being fit and playingor the national side. We don't have a Gareth Bale (obviously) and what has Coleman achieved elsewhere?
He was a crap co-commentator too when Sky used to use him.
Not sure if Roberto is coming now. But seen it said a few times he's very aware of where he wants to go and his image. If thats true then thinking about it him and Bruce have someone who they both talk to. Dave Whelan. If he's sounded Brucey out via him then I doubt he will come. May be wrong like.

If not we're going to have to trust to luck and the Allams appointing some manager from abroad who only Sterling's heard of. Who will then bring half a dozen players with him.

I read somewhere the Martinez deal has gone, he doesn't want it, Coleman did alright with Fulham, but don't know why he'd leave Wales to come to our clusterfuck of a club.

Said it before, if Ehab is selling a coaches job, and letting them know that he will identify and buy players, then i`m afraid no manager worth their salt will come here. Given the way that Bruce has been treat, and his standing in the game among fellow managers, anyone sounding him out before accepting or applying is going to be left in no uncertain terms what a bunch of dickwads the Allams are. Pullis btw aint going anywhere, still at WBA and supported by the board !

Who wouldn't want to manage a team owned by someone who shows how ambitious they are by going for the likes of Benteke and Bony on loan? Such realistic targets.
If we're not gonna be sold in August then its phelans job through August! If the Allams wanted another 6 mil on the sale then they're not gonna spend anything on compo for a manager & I fear they're not gonna spend on players?

Where has this total misconception come from that Ehab wants to identify the players? Negotiate for them yes, but identify them no.

The other managers based in UK could and should have been interviewed and appointed by now.

The only good thing about Phelan staying is he knows the players already. I think everything we have read on Twitter etc, all these names being bandied about will come to nothing. I have lost all hope now. No players, no new owner no new manager, just more of the same **** from "the club". I do feel sorry for the players though. No matter what we think of the situation those of us who are going to the first game will have to get 100% behind the team and try and make the best of it. Lets not make a bad situation even worse by having a miserable atmosphere.
Ok but who is identifying targets, no doubt Tennant "scouted" and recommended Sane, Robson-kanu, and agreed with recruiting Powell. Those recommendations went down well!!
