im really sorry for gary im also sorry thats me finished with radio, i cannot stand listening to gary bennett great player but a crap radio presenter.
i used to be a regular on the phone in but i must dmit i have not phoned for a while
 
What gets me is that if it had been the other wat round, there is no way on earth that they would have dropped the Mags: the whole thing stinks, and for me it is now another local radio station, along with BBC Radio Skunksville, that I will no longer listen to.
 
Is there any way that what was done with 606 - i.e. telling the BBC to stuff it, we (well, some great fellah(s)) can do it better - can be done with Realradio? Is it feasible to be in a room somewhere watching the match (or even at the ground?) and broadcasting a commentary?
Wouldn't it be great to have two regular commentators (two of the lads/lasses on here) plus a guest "pundit" from among the rest of the not606ers?
Is all this technically and legally possible?
 
I don't see why they can't put our matches on and not theirs! Yeah it might look favourably at us but if they're being tight gits then why should we suffer the consequences? I downright refuse to listen to Bennett & Co.

Mr SAFC, I agree with your assessment of Sir Gary and Coops so maybe we could have them as our commentators and a not 606er to give his/her insight.
 
I cant say that I am surprised, but Newcastle needing thirty grand a year more, easy, give Nolan his contract minus £30,000 a year. other than that fat mike, probs had nothing to do with this, just a nobsworth/ jobswort accountant, trying to save a few bob, but anyway MIKE, if you had a hand in this,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, BLOW IT OUT YOUR ARSE.
