Mike, I think you should ignore most comments made to Suited... What's that saying about putting **** in, and you get **** back out? I enjoy the majority of Hull posters on this board to be fair, but if you're going to come on just to be a massive tool, then, wellll...
Ha ha cheers Jack, thought Bullard had returned to us or somet for a minute!! Bet you lads can't wait for tomorrow can you??
Haha nah not that I know of mate... I think "nervous excitement" best describes my current feelings! Bet you really wish you were still down here with us, getting ready for a match tomorrow. Instead, you have to wait another 2 whole weeks... Gutted
Ha ha, i honestly do, this time last year i was starting to get excited now for Brighton at home and an all dayer, i love the Championship, great league to be part of. Good luck lads.
Stop being a **** to everyone you can find. You seem to want everyone to dislike you. Well, it's working, dick.
Nigel Pearson has said he has had phone off others managers telling him agents are touting our players saying everyone is for sale. Pearson said that is not the case
Could this be anything to do with Knockaert not being in the match day squad against 'boro? Had Pearson been told not to include him for fear of him picking up an injury? If so I can't see that going down well with flat head. Obviously the argument will be that you won the game anyway so it was a piece of genius not to play him, still, if I were a Leicester fan, I would be a little more than slightly concerned that one of your pivotal players didn't make the squad, maybe it was an injury, maybe a fall out with NP, all will no doubt become clear over the coming days, certainly before the end of August anyway. ...and finally, well done on getting off to a good start, it pained me to see a (reasonably) happy flat head on the FLS, I much prefer the more entertaining irritable version
Did imply his head wasnt in the right place, but shakey said he will have a big part to play in a successful lcfc season. I gather something behind the scenes with the agent which pissed nige off and all will be sorted happily.
Knockaert needs managing to get the best out of him and I think thats what it was. Stringer said he didnt look injured but he looked quite happy yesterday Its Neil Danns who needs to be careful as his mates could get him in trouble with Nigel. Tony Bellew a boxer who is mates with Danns tweeted this @TonyBellew: I think it's disgusting the way my mate Dannsy is being treated at Leicester City! All the lad wants to do is play football! Disgrace! We suspect part of the reason Danns wasnt welcome last season was his use of social media so this isnt going to help his cause. Danns surely knew he wasnt going to walk into the team with how King and James ended last season. And now Drinkwater scored his will keep his place Danns looked decent in pre season without pulling up any trees. He needs to keep his head down. Work hard and take his chance when it comes
I said it yesterday (before my 30 minutes free wifi ran out) that if Nigel sold Knockaert it would be a massive error. The 5-3-2 means he can't play as a winger because he's not defensively good enough or fast enough (traits that De Laet has). But he can play as the spearhead of the front three. I can see why he wouldn't want to start him on the first game of the season because James and Drinkwater are probably our best holding midfielders and King (whose position I expect Knocky to take on Sunday) was the front of the three. At home we can afford to be more attacking whereas away I can see why he wouldn't want him in midfield. But he needs to have him on the bench at least. He's our best attacker by miles. He creates chance after chance and has potential of being the Championship player of the season should we give him that free role. If that happens and we don't go up then he'll go with our best wishes and a hefty transfer fee that'll cover him and Schmeichel. Let him go now and I think we'd do well to get close to 2m and that to me isn't worth it.
I can understand why he wasn't in the starting 11 (for those reasons you mentioned above), but why was he not even in the squad!? Doesn't make sense to me... He would be the perfect player to bring on if we were chasing a goal. Someone on twitter asked why he wasn't in the squad, asked if he was injured and he just said "no mate". He also retweeted something about "don't sell Knockaert", which must be a good sign eh?
