I got an email from the Club on Tuesday saying they were upgrading to a new membership and ticketing system and asking me to get in touch if my bank details have changed from those currently held. From this I was assuming payments may restart in July although email did not say. The club need to quickly say what they are doing as paying usual memberships with no matchday experience at same time as paying the streaming charge will turn into a marketing disaster.
Also what about some members who may not have IT or if they have do not feel confident enough about streaming?

Everyone’s getting that email, they started sending them out about a month ago, it’s nothing to do with when payments will resume.

They’ve made no decision yet on what will happen for next season, I agree that a resumption of payments in July wouldn’t go down well and I’ve relayed this opinion to them.

For this season it’s straight forward, we’ve all had what we’ve paid for and now have the option of paying for a stream for all the remaining games. Those incapable or unwilling to stream obviously don’t have to pay for it, there’s no other way for the club to offer an option to view games.

I hope they remember that lost members are hard to get back and taking a decision which helps funding in the short term will do far more harm to club finances in the medium to long term if some people feel they are not being fairly treated.

I agree with your sentiments, but this is the Allams we are talking about here.

Not all of the premier league matches are free-to-air though - - are they?

HULL CITY SUPPORTERS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WATCH THE CONCLUSION OF THE 2019/20 SKY BET CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON FROM THE COMFORT OF THEIR OWN HOME.

The campaign will resume behind closed doors for Grant McCann and his players on June 20 and all nine of the Tigers’ remaining league fixtures will be streamed live via Tigers TV on the Club’s official website in association with StreamAMG. Supporters will able to purchase these games for a price of £10 per match.

If you have not yet registered for a Tigers TV account that is easily rectified as you can create one by clicking HERE.

Further details – including an FAQ on streaming – will be announced via the Club’s official media channels early next week.

The Club can also confirm that Membership payments for the month of July will once again not be taken. Further information on the Membership scheme going forward will be announced in due course.
