The players are just no where near good enough and we never bought people for the positions we needed and as a result end up with a team that is all over the shop. As soon as a pass is made they have no awareness of what is around them. Everyone stops and looks at the man with the ball for a split second which is a split second too long so we end up losing the ball straight away.

The real shocking part of our play is when we have the ball in the opposition box, about 4/10 times it results in a goal for the other team.
