    Honestly I wouldn't mind if people just had views, but that's the problem, some of em don't. They don't have a negative opinion or a positive opinion, it's just "well what do I know, in Mon I trust".

    Respect to the mackems who have actually opened their eyes and dared to come forward to say that they don't approve of a certain signing and that, dare I say it myself, O'Neill may have not made the best choice.

    There is more risk in paying £8.5m for a striker who has never played in the premiership than £1m for a seasoned older head like Davies. He isn't going to break the bank; nor will he break eggs with sticks! If he gets 12 starts, 6 goals, say, it's money well spent if he can bring on Whickham (a player very much in his mould)
