Thought this might be the type of game for him today? He reminds me of Rudi Gestede so much just doesn't seem a natural goal scorer , I hope he comes good but I think there's more chance of Shergar being found

Ok understand him starting with Ward but to replace him with Paterson who did little other than long throws. Then only bring Glatzel on in stoppage time.

More bewildering management by Harris

Alot of people I know think CP is the dogs danglers, I haven't seen it tbh a few goals here and there , but nothing out of this world. He runs around looking busy but no real end product.
Nobody knows this fellas true position, signed as a right back, crap there, played as a striker in the PL not convincing really as a 9 or 10. So far this season been benched.
Any thoughts ? For me Hearts want him back, I'd sell him in this window tbh

Jack of all trades........

Time to go back to basics.
Recoup our money, which wasnt a lot, and sign a genuine midfielder or 10 to put pressure on tomlin.
I like Paterson's heart and commitment, a good clubman, but we havent got room for jacks of all trades at the moment.
Him and etheridge off the payroll would help in other areas.

Surprised that not long after saying we had a bloated squad, NH is saying that we'll only let a player go if we have a replacement lined up.
Still think there are 2 or 3 spare in the squad.
Any signings need to be better than we already have.
No squad players.

I wish we had a manager with contacts in the PL to send decent loanees our way.

Some say geography plays against us as we’re too far away from London or the north but Plug has used his contacts to bring in loanees from Chelsea & Liverpool. Today Gallagher fed in Brewster to score. 2 kids.

Doesn’t Harris know anyone?

Glatzel just isnt anywhere near the standard. The right call. Ward is much better and so is Patterson.

He hasn't come up with the goods as we all expected. Maybe cut our losses in Summer and send him back to Germany. Championship is a fast aggressive league, which doesn't suit certain strikers. I'm hoping that NH has found his best 11 by now, Ward up front has to start maybe with Bogle , have we tried this? Or Bogle and Patterson

We need a new striker probably 2.

I agree we need to cut our losses on Glatzel.

Aye, like we did on Madine, with Murphy, Flint and Pack still to come.

Glatzel is a no fit option for our system and should never have been bought. It isn't going to change fast enough for him nor us.

Agree with all the above messages, atm it's looking likely no ones coming in January or interested in taking any of our players for that matter to free up some ££££

Ward is certainly not the answer. He was having a mare by all accounts until he went off injured. At best he is an impact sub who is successful when defenders are tiring.

Ironically yesterday we were trying to pass it around and got nowhere, worse in fact.

Pato came on, we went direct and we were much better second half with Tomlin playing off Pato. Playing to our strengths I suppose. Doesn't say much for changing our style which is what Glatzel needs to succeed.
