thanks for the updates i was hoping he would be playing yesterday or today to keep his fitness up in case he joins us. either he is injured or about to leave. if i was your manager and a deal is being done for him to go, i wouldnt play him for 2 reasons, risk him getting injured meaning be stuck with him and as its pre season, give his space to someone who will be staying with you which allows them match fitness. with twitter suggesting o'toole turned down a chance to join another league 1 club (gillingham my guess who was previously reported to want him), and nothing to suggest turned down us, i see this as a massive sign he could very well join us very soon! here is the twitter comment from alistair durden.... means nothing to me. we sold so many players in the past after giving said players squad numbers. think giving squad numbers is the norm isnt it? bet suarez and rooney will get squad numbers too but their futures in massive doubts!
