Well it's a big country. There's no need to go abroad for variety. There are 11 U.S. States that are larger than the UK (fact off the internet).
I don't have a problem with the event, even though it's not my thing - my only issue is with the ridiculous line advertising it, what does it mean ffs? It looks like it means you have to be a dare-devil and risk taker just to go watch it! ''Cross platform entertainment blah blah in the spirit of fun, friendship and camaraderie'' ....... MY ARSE!
Notsureexactly what you get with this event but I tookthefamily to see the monster trucks at the MEN arena about 8-9 yrs ago ,The kids loved it . TBF It's a great day out and quite a coup if you get all the hoo-haa, the drivers really get amongst the "fans" - it is a bit red neckky n I prefer Rally ,DTM and F1 but it's a kids thing , also if they do thefigure of 8 racing that is crazy to watch
Actually, by a complete fluke, an article titled 'Only 5% of US residents hold passports - Dispelling the myth' popped up on my Facebook page last week.
No Rugby games from the 3rd June until 8th July so guessing its relay after this event! I see HDM are saying its on Sunday 5th...but if you go on website its Saturday 4th with the Sunday a back up if it has to be delayed due to bad weather
The SMC must be in danger of turning a profit. Actually, I did think it was looking a bit bare at the last game. We'll chewed up where the keepers warm up too.
Yes it did indeed, I assume with them allowing these things on it, as they did with the polo last year, after that they will replace the surface.
To be fair that looks ****ing epic and I'll be going. Anyone skilled enough to pull off those stunts deserves an audience.
