At the moment Duchatelet doesn't own the Football Club.

If ESI can't pay him, then I assume RD gets the Club back in the summer. Then he can sell to Bassini or anyone else.
Or I suppose Bassini could pay Nimer £2million (or whatever) for the Club, then buy the rest from RD.
I know the EFL are supposed to approve new buyers, but their track record on that is 100% discredited.
