I wonder if Duchatelet's sale of the Football Club for £1 could be challenged legally, and perhaps found to be invalid. His lawyers would argue a strong case I expect, but if a court could find that Roland had acted in bad faith (or some such similar verdict) perhaps he could be made legally responsible again for the running costs of the Club. That would also badly damage the image that RD prides himself on as a squeaky clean moral businessman. Probably just wishful thinking I know. But in this whole mess, the sale of CAFC for just £1 does not exactly stand out as the one piece of obviously honest dealing.
