plus all those extra salaries plus loans of Ben Arfa and Ramirez - that's at least another £10 million

at the end of the day the Allams pumped what was then a huge amount into staying in the Prem and Brucie got us relegated and whether some people like it or not that is fact

Now you're just making stuff up, we've no idea if there was any loan fee for Ben Arfa or Ramirez and even if there was, there's no way it was £10m, Ben Arfa was only with us for a few months. Our wage bill was 19th out of 20 clubs, that's the reality.

read what I wrote - I said the additional salaries of the players we bought and the salaries of the two loan players would be at least an extra £10 million - I never mentioned anything about loan fees or even agents fees

I'd subtract 3 off each of those numbers. Then he will be in the right ball park.

Was Burnley the lowest? Burnley will still be in bottom 3 probably, lowest is Huddersfirld, other low ones Watford, Bournemouth, Brighton. All little clubs, supposedly, compared to ourselves. Which suggests they are better run, difficult as that may be to believe when we have Ehab in charge.

Burnley was the lowest, though they're possibly up to 17th/18th this season, level with Bournemouth (though Huddersfield and Brighton were the two clubs lower and that was due to nobody knowing for certain what their wage bills are this season).
