I thought your club had become the Geppetto of football pm and the one with the ever growing nose. It certainly looks that way pm, or it could be that he sees things differently andthis is the next piece of his jigsaw. me personally, i would like the other bist to fit first
Would help if you got your fairy tale referances right. Pinnochio was the puppet who's nose grew when he told a lie, Geppetto was his creator/father. It's like people who dont know the difference between Dr Victor Frankenstien and his monster Adam.
Flippin' eck, MAJR, that's no way to talk about Saints skipper Lallana Saints fans are a bit "touchy" about anything at the moment - I'm a bit concerned about Lord SchmuckMunter to be honest. How the hell will Nicola Cortese be able to see him waving his white hanky at him, from his armchair in Poole ? He will have to himself to sleep.......
If I were a Saints fan, I'd be looking very worriedly over my shoulder at QPR about to move above me, and a revived Reading. Newcastle are getting it together again as well .. I'm sure Lord Ducky will have his box of tissues next to his armchair, Woops. He'll be waving them around wildly whilst reading the BBC live text feed ..
Yeah, Newcastle are really picking up................... Stick to League one and chasing Boscombe, you clearly have no idea about top flight football.Still at least your heading for a derby game against the Shots.
Trying to hide the fact you're scared because you know Saints could easily drop back below the line, as the second half of the season is a lot tougher, by saying insults, Lord Ducky?? Anyway, fellow blues- if the worst came to the worst an Saints stayed up, "Second Season Syndrome" would kick in, and they'd be down by February the following season- maybe even breaking Derby's record I'm sure the new manager, Geppeto, would disagree though .. "Afteh researchin ze team for weekz, I know ve vill stayv up diz year" ..
No that is not like a Saints fan at all........I would say the nearest comparison was a Pompey fan looking at you recent attendances, I would say a lot have deserted Pompey in their hour of need......
Ted we've lost the plastics now .. you'll lose them as well again if you're relegated. It's a normal thing in the world of football, some fans are loyal, some aren't ..
Yes, very scary! We've taken more points from our last ten games than all of those teams..( and Wigan, Villa, Fulham, Norwich, West Ham) Particularly worried by Newcastle's resurgence with 1 point from their last 5 games! That's as impressive as some club in Div 1 that I could mention - still, you're consistent.....you got 1 point from the 5 games before that, as well!
Okay, okay. There are three relegation spots available. One will belong to Villa, although they are not currently in it. The other two are up for grabs. Will Wigan get relegated?- no. Will QPR get relegated?- no. Will Reading/Newcastle/Souhtampton get relegated?-possibly. No other team is involved in the relegation battle. It's between those three to decide which two will go down, and which will stay up. There's still four months of the season to go, so there will be many twists and turns yet before anything is decided. I still predict a Saints relegation though, btw, along with our own.
Unfortunately- we're not. We were beaten 5-0 by Swindon on 1st January 2013 EDIT: Walsall beat us 2-0 this year as well. Feckin' Walsall
You could be right - it's all opinion. However, I fail to see how teams which are currently performing worse than us, are about to move above us. They might, but nothing about their form suggests they will. (Apart from wishful thinking on your part) Why won't Wigan go down? Is it because they always improve at the death? I recall we always did that....until we didn't ! Are you confident that QPR will get approx 22/23 points from their last 15 games? That's about the same as Arsenal's form so far this season (they're 6th). If they do, we'd need 14/15 points from 15 games (which is the form we have shown so far this season). Norwich have picked up 1 point from their last 6 games! Not safe by a long way. It's any 3 from 8 BTW your prediction about your imminent relegation looks a safe bet - hardly a revelation!
