It wasn't that long ago he was my top pick for us, fortunately it didn't happen. Johnson is a perfect fit for us and besides that I like him which I could never have said about Pearson.
I like Pearson and wanted him here, he laid the foundations for Leicester winning the league. And I don’t mind personalities like his but I don’t think I’d be as confident as I am with him as I am with LJ under the ownership of KLD

He did and a big part of the reason I wanted him was because of his personality, I thought he'd be someone to take charge and turn it around.

Turns out it's much better to have owners who will turn the club around from the ground up, do the work themselves and set us up so we don't need a manager to come in and perform miracles.

I'd also prefer not to to have a manager who's capable of embarrassing their club in the many ways that Pearson has come up with so far.

Does anyone really think that a tool like Pearson would have clicked with the KLD team in the way LJ has. Admittedly LJ will be judged by results but Pearson is a relic… great for short term but won’t be more than that.

LJ might fail (hopefully not) but seems to me that he fits into the owners structure… he’s going to be judged by results but if he fails then the replacement will also be required to fit within the same process and structure…

It just feels to me that we’re on our way. Won’t be 100% smooth and I doubt LJ will be with us all the way but the owners will dictate rather than the manager…

Happy days from my perspective!

I think Johnson is a decent manager but he's got a huge ego and absolutely wants to be the man that gets up back to the PL. He's a career manager and will have his eyes on the PL whether it's with us or not.

I've never warmed to him, but am happy enough with him as manager

So strange how things happen mate, I think given the choice at the time the majority of our fans would have picked him over Johnson.
Just shows we haven't got a clue what we talk about most of the time

Someone like Pearson would be the last name on my list. He is a character I could never warm to. His reputation is poor. I still remember that media interview where he rabbited on about the interviewer being an Ostrich. Came across as a pathetic bully who didnt like being questioned. Needed taking down a peg or two in my opinion.

I also wonder how much Shakespeare was the guy that got Leicester going. He had Walsh buying players and Shakespeare coaching at Leicester. Sure he played a part but have some doubts as to how big a role it was. Probably being biased because I dont think much of him.
