talk about missing a point........ You managed to miss nearly all of what I'd said, again Also, it's like saying someone has an Scottish or welsh accent. To me and other outside of Yorkshire you have a yorkshire accent. Fuxking childish that youre debating it mind.
East and West Yorkshire are pretty similar really. You lot say peeeerple instead of purple and emphasize the urrrr sound in 'toast' more than us Westies would, but to an outsider, it's pretty identical. Nothing like the 17th century 'are tha going into taaaahrn' inbred lot from South Yorkshire or the Geordie wannabes from the Dales. By the way, in terms of interview watching experience, it goes Barmby > Grayson > Pearson.
Andy Caroll on loan is something one of your poor deluded fools posted on Foxes Talk, which was in turn linked to our board, hence our hilarty at the idiots on there.
See what you've done Proud? By the way, and seriously, I've never had anything against Hull City, but I've always thought you kit colour is quite rancid. Different... but rancid.
When I lived in Yorkshire, I was pretty good at distinguishing between the slight variations in Yorkshire accents. Eleven years later, I've probably lost the art...indeed, I get Yorkshire and Lancashire accents mixed up now!
Have to say that for the very first time, I agree with OLM. After years of speaking to people on the phone, the Hull accent is completely different to any other. It has proved the most difficult for me to understand. Even excitable Geordies are easier to understand. Leeds and Hull accents are totally different. After reading much of what has been written on here by Hull fans, I have been convinced that I probably havent missed a great deal when I havent been able to understand them on the phone, as 75% of what has been written by Hull fans on here is either boring or simply ****e. As for NP - I wouldnt sit and listen to him for pleasure, though I did listen to the forum on radio Leicester last night. He seemed to be a lot more open than he was the last time he was here. Talking about Bruno and trying to resolve his situation at the club is something he wouldnt have done 2 years ago. He even said that Bruno would NOT be offered a coaching role with us. (Player coach with the chavs ?). As a manager, I think both Hull and Leicester fans can agree that he does a good job. He wont turn us around in this season - he takes longer, but like he said on the radio forum last night, he leaves clubs in a better position than they were in before he arrived. He admitted we have too many central midfielders, and not enough wide players - again, something even like that he wouldnt have said two years ago. When asked which division January signings would be made from, he did try to side step, but the hint was there that they would be Championship players, and he would probably have to pay more than he wanted. To summarise - he doesnt have the passion of Martin O'Neill or the comedy of Ollie, but his interview technique has improved. AND he is a bloody good manager - give him time !!
well it looks like NP will need far more than the 10 million war chest he has been promised. looks a lost cause imo. good luck - you shall need it. i wonder if mr bullard might just drop a festive turkey down NP pants on boxing day?
To help you in future, here's a lesson in how to speak 'ull...
oh i think that Nick Barmby is light years ahead in terms of quality listening compared to boring old Nige. Lets face it, if Nigel Pearson worked for the samaritans he would put them out of business. FACT.
and so say all the Tiger Nation. the 2 points that NP made last night that sums up Leicester City are:- 1)There is a squad inbalance which will be sorted in January and 2)Any new players need to have the hunger to want to play for Leicester. well answers are simple on that:- 1)Your squad has been divided into 3 groups all season long hence the inbalance and 2)Nobody wants to play for Leicester OTHER than the money grabbers, whcih you have a fair few of now already. so i wonder who NP is gonna bin in Jan then ? that group of players will be more interesting than the ones who arrive.
1) He's talking about our lack of width, whic has been the problem since the word go. 2) I'm sure you speak for every footballer ever then? Talking ****, yet again.
Not as much as you do. Nowhere near in your league of bulls**t* sunshine. Well NP has many players he can trade for i guess. (ie.if you want kebe who would Reading take from you then ?) As for players there are a few that dont care about money, but would agree the majority are money grabbers. Good Luck in January. NP will need it.
That's three threads in a row that you've managed to make yourself out to be a complete ****** in. Well done son. I assume (if Kebe is a target for example) that we'll swap him for money. Thats what teams with a lot of it tend to do Let me guess, you think all of Hull's players don't care about money whereas Leicester's players all do? The only players we're spending high wages on is Beckford and Mills because we had to tempt them to play for us when they could easily be playing in the Prem by now (Becks for Everton and Mills for Wolves) So two players out of our 25 or so man squad are here because of wages. any other points you'd like to ridicule yourself with then feel free ****ing idiot. Talking bollocks, yet again
The last line sums you up to a T. I rest my case as you confirm the facts to be true. Now its time for you to get your coat and be a nice little chap. Have fun you complete and dont to much as your season fizzles out into nothing.
