Certainly a different approach than under MA/LJ, who certainly seemed to just keep trying different players until it worked. Let's see/hope that this approach works, it's his call, it seems there is some money available, although clearly not to the level of the last 3 years. If he chooses to wait, then that's fine, as long as it doesn't cost us our Championship status as a result. I think if we stay up, and things get back to normal, then SL will give him a good amount of money next summer, and NP knows it, so is sitting tight. I like this approach, as long as it works....
