When listening to Nigel it only makes me realise how astute and clever that Cortese is lets be honest how many people got over excited at his appointment. It is proving to be be as inspired as Nigel himself.

Bloody funny. Nige is a legend. I love his enthusiasm and the way he's almost bouncing. He's a change from the usual boring monotone football managers

Just think what Adkins must have been like in his interview for the job. I doubt Cortese will have ever experienced something like it before! And no wonder he gave him the job.

Thanks for the link qwerty. He is a legend. had me in stitches aswel 'if you could do one thing this afternoon ehat would it be' ? 'Make love to my wife' lol love it

What does his wife look like? Certainly makes a change from a lot of football people for whom "making love to someone else's wife" would be more fitting. Fair play to him for that.

Yeah, he must have been on fire in the job interview. Can see him sat there in front of Cortese with huge enthusiasm reeling off all his Adkinisms, making Pardew look like a sour grape! No doubt he made a good impression on the Don!

Some time ago he was asked what he had planned for the weekend. He said,' My wife is coming for the weekend so a little romance.' Mind you, a little break from Nigel probably allows her ears to recover! Lovely man.

You get the feeling that even if the media did start camping at Nige's door he wouldn't change at all. What a fantastic man and manager he is!
