There is a shortened version of Nigel Adkins' words of wisdom on the BBC: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17732767
West Ham are still going to catch us, we will fail in the playoffs and Lallana and Lambert will be off in the summer, Nigel's livin' in a dream land.
Just finished watching the interview, Nige seems absolutely buzzing! Its brilliant, one game at a time etc etc all great things to hear for the fans starting to lose the faith. Its been a great season regardless of the potential outcome. We go up, brilliant, we dont then its not the end of the world this league is fantastic! This is why we are all football fans the pure 'drug' that is known as football! COYR!!!!!
This is a very good method indeed, though I'll be doing it out of necessity - an essay due in Wednesday - rather than choice!
That is EXACTLY what I am doing. Tomorrow afternoon I am getting the train from Bournemouth to Reading (of all places!) to pick up my new car. I will then travel home by about 9pm. No Radio, no phone, no TV. At 10pm I will fire up the internet and either be happy or sad. Simple!
You could avoid the score and play the radio commentary on BBC Five Live Extra in real time the next day!
NA certainly seems unique to football. I never heard anyone always so positive. It certainly gives me loads of confidence that we will win. Imagine what it is like for the players. Certainly better than big Sam and the like. It makes it even more enjoyable to be a saints fan when we have a manager like that.
