I agree, I wish him well. I just don’t buy into the messaging from you and others that he was such a saviour of our club. He did an ok job, probably didn’t deserve to get fired when he did, but probably should have been fired the previous season, but wasn’t. SL works in mysterious ways…

Think he was close to going after WBA game Boxing Day, however he turned it around after that. Personally I’m grateful he kept us in the championship despite all the sh!t behind the scenes, that alone meant he deserved a pop without his hands tied, but he’s gone. We move on, so does he. I wish him Good luck in any future exploits.

I don't believe he was responsible as such for keeping us in the championship, under his leadership at the time (when he first took over) we lost so many points which put us in that position in the first place.....I think we went about 6 or 7 games without a win.......but then he was offered a permanent job, which even the pundits on talk sport thought was strange...If I remember, even he did!!
But I did like him and said on many occasions, but I maintain that we should have been better with his experience..
I saw him a week or so as a pundit for an Ipswich game, whom he was praising.......he looked well, I imagine it won't be long before he's back into the managers role......Good luck to the guy
