Agreed. Utter bollocks Dave.
Anelka knew exactly what he was doing. It was clearly a religious/political gesture.
Yes It was but I bet you and many others had no idea what until you were influenced by the media and then guess what all of a sudden opinions flow
There is no place for
any celebration that could insight bad feeling in the game of football. Nick was wrong to do this as it has caused offence however this gesture is well known to me and has been for some time ... its a youth thing and intended to be anti establishment. Yes there is a link between him and Dieudonne and from that all hell has been assumed. In the UK we have a lot worse people in the public eye who ruffle the feathers of the fools who read the daily Mail ... start with Frankie Boyle, Russell Brand and a host of others ... Christ even go back to Freddie Starr or the idiots of Halo Halo ... Either way we are allowed to be open until the Daily Mail and other hypocritical newspaper latch onto it. In France you have a completely different culture ... miles away from anyone can understand on here I bet .... people who i have met over the years who have shared the horrors what occurred during the WW2 some things as terrible as anything else you care to bring up. In the UK we laugh it all off and put all French people given half a chance into the same pigeon hole ... frogs, cowards etc etc ... while the UK takes the credit for winning ... nowhere near the real truth and we can be openly racist towards the French because we are allowed to make the rules as we see fit
I am sick of the attitude of many naive people in the UK who simple have no idea about different cultural aspects and jump on the band wagon
Anelka anti-Semitic gesture is complete bullshit and does not mean that whatsoever.... It is chosen as disorder or chaos similar to the symbols used in our very own punk rock movement
What shouldn't a nation have the freedom to protest as most governments rule by fear anyway. The French government hate Dieudonne because he exposes them all the time in France ... the same as Ben Elton did with that evil cow Thatcher
The European Jewish Congress have again got it completely wrong as usual ... The quenelle is firstly anti-establishment gesture and there are links against the so called Jewish Plot so what does England do? ... Brings up one of the most terrible acts of WW2 and plonks it straight on the cake many on here have eaten.
The gesture is now Viral and that rakes up opinions .. but don't expect me to sit here quietly when i am told i am talking bollocks when i know and feel i have a valid point to be made here
Expect the tee shirts next lads: The Quenelle: anti-Zionist and anti-establishment and I welcome personally welcome the open debate and its exposure ... I hope: Dieudonne sues these bastards and wins if i am honest ... he has views I certainly don't agree with but this entire episode is a simple case of power attempting to shut a few people up ... I hope it back fires
Again no place in football for any religious or political view I agree ... then someone ban Twitter and the media for starters.
