What is there for him to speak about?!?!

I take silence as a positive from a Chairman. I'd rather have someone hard-working, professional and determined that stays in the background and lets the results do the talking, than someone like David Gold... :emoticon-0119-puke:

Might it be that he knows what the ticket prices are going to be next season? Probably needs careful handling and no background noise to get his message accros. I reckon he will announce the price structure in an upbeat interview about the five year plan and transfer budget!

I don't think NC has any intention of leaving. He seems to be infected by the club, judging by the interviews he's given regarding nerves etc. I know this sounds naive to an extent but he just seems content. he also has his family to think about....I'm sure he'd rather remain settled.

What Southampton also have to offer above bigger clubs is total control. You got the impression that Markus allowed him to look after every aspect of the football club and the Liebherr family have continued this.
Would he get that kind of freedom from other owners elsewhere? I very much doubt it.

Cortese has been exceedingly quiet & in the background since coming to Southampton.
A man of few words but plenty of action behind the scene

Always remember actions speak louder than words:

Investment in the Academy;
Investment in the training set up;
Determination to keep our Academy Graduates;
Investment in the first team squad;
and some surprises yet to come with regards to the stadium.

Nicola is one hell of a good CEO.

Well he sure knows how to throw a party...

Yes, that's Red and White fireworks from St. Mary's.

They've had a stage, entertainers, a red and white dance floor, disco balls and fine dining.... all on a marquee covering the pitch.

Oh, and here's a video of it:
