Morning All,

My last post involved the fact that Dave Jones was at AG on Monday having a chat.

This one is slightly different, and again i have it on very good authority.....

A friend of mine was talking to Nicky Maynard yesterday in Waitrose in Portishead, he said he had a really posh white Range Rover (has he?)

Basically asked him who the new manager is, he said he did not know, but the lads find out on Monday. He also asked him if he is signing a new contract and his words "Lets see who the new gaffer is"

Make of it what you will!
 
He is not one to bull ****, however, there are going to be loads of rumours going round.

So i would take anything with a pinch of salt until someone new arrives!
 
I can't help but think if we were getting Dave Jones, given how many apparent sightings he has been at the club over the last month and met the board then surely he would be been confirmed in post by now.

Makes me think that he is a good choice for the board but... They have a few other managers in mind who come above him in the list.
