Personally, i'd love to see the kid here as I think he's been unlucky at Arsenal and he's got to be better than Loverman. Just wondering if i'm alone in my thoughts or does anybody else rate him?

Lover is actually better than Bendtndertneder, wouldn't want him here! At least Lover works for the team (or tries to anyway).
I think he'd do well as a more consistent stater but we want a smaller, faster player to play off the shoulder of the last defender and link up with Ba.

I rate him about as much as Doyle, wouldn't blow us away but would be an improvement on Ranger/Lover/Shola and probably a bit better than Best. Wouldn't want to pay anywhere near £10m for him though.
Yes he's better than Lovenkrands but Lovenkrands cost nowt whereas he'll cost a good £8 million+.
You gotta admit though, he's got a face you couldn't get tired of punching...

Cheers TLG haven't a clue what i'm doing like and regarding your reply Smugder i can certainly see why you feel the need a smaller faster player and to be honest i'd be happy with either.
I'd still have Bendtner though, I actually rate him. Would just be worried about the cost.

Guys a flop, Wenger has given him time and he's still not proved to be good enough.
He is a flop for Arsenal. But maybe not for us. However the fee, wages and distruption his attitude might cause is not worth it for me. He has experience in the EPL and with a good footballing team and he still looked poor in most games. Even the fans where getting sick of his lacklustre performances.

I would rather have Vela, quick, skillfull and good finisher. Bendtner is slow and a poor finisher.
He's actually a really good player. He's good in the air, has got a great touch for a big man and has got a good finish too. He can also play on out on the wing. I think his time at Arsenal was difficult for him, but he always came up with the goods. He was one of those players who just didn't get the rub of the green from the fans, unfairly in my opinion. Last season we were unbeaten in every game he scored in.
