Irrelevant of colour we don't just talk about extra seats we actually add them to the stadium. Any pics of your new stands yet?

It's a homage to Swansea.

Good put down reply - I like it.
Apart from a few Jacks who take an inordinate amount of interest in our club, most people on this board are not constantly obsessing about shirt and / or seat colours - which is quite refreshing when you look at the local media, who are getting quite boring now, with the story constantly recycled.
First we had: the seats will all be red next season: "Oh my God, outrage, our history is being defiled, and Tan's a madman".
Then we had: rumour is that the new stand will be red: "Oh my God, outrage, our history is being defiled, and Tan's a madman".
Next we had, Borley says seat will be red - "Oh my God, outrage, our history is being defiled, and Tan's a madman".
Recently we had, club confirms new seats will be red: "Oh my God, outrage, our history is being defiled, and Tan's a madman".
Next will be, back to the beginning, all seats to be changed to red (rumour): "Oh my God, outrage, our history is being defiled, and Tan's a madman".
Talk about recycling old news to keep a story going. BORING!!! Being outraged about the same thing five times shows a short attention span - and thick, uninteresting hacks. Same could be said for the anti-Tan, blue or dead, I hope Solskjaer fails so I can have another go at Tan, message board.

The Ninian Stand does look impressive though, whatever colour the seats are. Would be great to have a good run and fill it a few times next season: Leeds??? Notts Forest??? Wolves???

Iggy!
You have to admit though the stand would have looked more impressive if they had been blue. Other than the whims of a fawned over sycophant there is no logical benefit to put in red seats.

You are probably right - I am just fed up with hearing about it and reading the same things over and over again. I'll be glad when the silly season is over and the football gets going.

i don't think of it as our history being defiled i see it as a new chapter in the clubs rich history and the red seats will represent that time

At least our stadium, kit and fans have a good variety of colour.

Were it not for the pitch at the Library being green, watching the Swans would be like on an old black and white screen.

I have to agree with ccfc's comments above. Lets not forget were it not for VT's intervention and money we could be playing in the Conference or worse.

I must admit looks better than I thought it would.
