Breaking on twitter that 22 y/o Galway hurler, Bord Gais Breakthrough Player of the Year nominee, Niall o'Donoghue has passed away suddenly. Took his own life apparently.

Read he had passed away last night but not the manner of his passing.
It was on some GAA forums yesterday and when I never saw it on the RTE sports pages something clicked that it isn't being reported in the manner you might expect.
Very sad news regardless of the circumstances.
