Not sure what to think of this http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/newsbeat-43961528 Should the NHS pay for skin reduction. I think we should deffo not be paying for **** like boob jobs or that sort of crap or liposuction unless its life threatening. As for this, i'm a bit of both. If excessive skin is really impacting as hugely then the NHS should look at things case by case. However, if it's just an intimacy thing then they should tell her to feck off. Maybe do a skin looseness to height ratio and if you pass it you get it? Just another reason why the NHS gets clogged up with surgery waiting lists
Issues relating to laziness should always be rejected. Many of the world's problems can be fixed if fat people were forced to move more.
Let the numbers decide. How many people in total have the condition, and how many have it as a result of having to undergo weight loss due to being seriously obese ?? Seems to me that you could be doing the equivalent of ciggie ads by showing the obese that if they let things go too far, this is what they will look like even if they shed the weight.
A choice, pay the high tax or run on the treadmill at the counter until the meter reaches a figure that you're happy to pay.
In this instance maybe it should be paid for. She's got the weight off so fair play to her and she is now less of a drain on the NHS because she's not a walking heart attack. It seems a bit churlish to moan when she's fat and then say tough ****, live with the flap, now she's lost it. She should be congratulated really, shame all fat ****s don't do likewise.
I'll caveat the above by saying I didn't read, I just looked at the picture and assumed she'd lost weight by herself. Couldn't be arsed to read.
How can you not be fat with a 38" or higher waste? (excluding pregnant or you have a medical condition)
The medical condition is what I have been trying to get at . Also , some over 38 are fat yes , but who on this planet is perfect ? Being a bit overweight is no drain on the NHS IMHO .
Basically anybody who has to get jeans with an elastic waistband who is not pregnant should be thrown in a wood chipper.
Oi I thought them cuffed jeans with the waist thingy were dead comfy and great for chilling round the house Its leggings on fat birds and those crap slazenger xxxxl trackies in a skinny fit in fat blokes and a T-shirt from sports direct that should be banned In fact if a bloke has a 38" waist or above, in fine with that, BUT if he is looking for skinny jeans and/or skinny chinos etc shoot the **** Skinny jeans should not come in sizes over 34" and 12 Women over say size 14 should be made to wear full length dress, over size 18 and a burkha should be mandatory
