No one predicted Jets, Seahawks, Chiefs who are the top 3 with most pen yards conceded.

Meowth predicted Raiders who are 4th most this week. Since he is the closest to the top he will get consolation 2 pts bonus pts. None for others.

Not an easy question. You won't believe that one of our guys will pick the absolute right answer.
Before presenting the winner, I present the poor runner up @BobbyD who got the 5th best kicker.
