Not just kirk, was also on the defence for giving away plays at key moments (the 91 yard return, letting the Chiefs gain about 17 yards in a play after pushing them back to 2nd and 21, then giving them a first down on the next play to set up a relatively easy game winning field goal) and Bailey for missing the extra point which would have meant we could chew down the clock rather than needing to score in the last few minutes. Plus, the play calling was a bit suspect

Yep was definitely the defence's fault holding one of the best offence's (even without Mahomes) to 26 points at home and the kickers fault for missing a point. Lets completely ignore that any decent QB would've scored 40+ points on the Chiefs last night with the way they completely sold out for the run in 99% of defensive plays. I agree about the play calling being **** as well.

Did you watch the game on Sky? Dallas Clark was one of the pundits and summed it up well when he said if Mahomes was playing the Chiefs would've been 20 points up in the first half because of how **** the Vikings were on offense. They hung in the game because of the defence playing well and Matt Moore not being exactly great, they didn't lose the game because of them.

AFC is looking tasty.

I still think we can get to the Super Bowl.

With Mahomes coming back along with Fisher we're only going to get stronger as the season progresses.

We beat the Vikings with a second string QB and beat up O Line and nearly took the Packers too.

Our defence is starting to look better too. With an average D and our awesome O we have a really good chance.

Went to xplosion again this year. The weather was atrocious which probably reflected the play (I imagine wet footballs are pretty hard to catch) and the smallest crowd I'd ever witnessed. Probably a few hundred, compared to the three or four thousand they year before. Still massive for any UK college sport.

In the NFL, big game against the cowboys. Doesn't help that Thielen is still out, as is Linval Joseph apparently. Everyone often says cowboys sucks on social media, hopefully they actually do tonight.

Niners v Seahawks is a humdinger tomorrow night too.

Niners first “real” test of their play off credentials

Who'd have thought the falcons would beat the saints in New Orleans? Any given Sunday, eh?

Also we beat the cowboys, away, on prime time where we struggle, happy days!

So another weekend upon us !
Any thoughts on the upcoming games ?
Philly v New England will be interesting

It's not even all on Kirk, it's all over the board. The running game is ineffective, the play calling is horrendous, the penalties are killing us as our the fumbles. Even on a bloody kick return. The only positive moment has been the interception...

They need to pass more, but enough of these stupid screen passes.
