He is massively overrated anyway, having watched him play against good defences he is not that effective. Imagine what the likes of Rooney, RvP, Michu, Messi, Ronaldo etc could do in the Brazil league!!!!!!

I do not see this kid being in the same league, he is another Riquelme... big praise before joining the big boy leagues.
 
I am very upset. Yes he is a good player, but he dosent fit in with the barca play. He is a ball hog, and a puss. If they do sign him, I will no longer support fcb. He will be a flop.
 
Always thought he was an overrated tit. Never heard anyone raving about him till he scored against Scotland at the Emirates then he was suddenly that player 'I always liked, been following him for a while would be great in Europe'
Reckon Barça should be investing their money in other positions
 
i agree with you cristofol. they already have world-class strikers, and a good majority of them are young. tello, pedro, sanchez, cuenca (though he is leaving) etc. they need better defenders that are younger, and by all means, we all know that they need a new keeper. valdez is the weakest link, we all know that. i really hope that he doesn't change his mind about leaving.
 
The Catalan press ahve been presenting this as a done deal for months. I dunno, but it seemed that Barça's interest seemed to stem from Real Madrid announcing they were in talks. Honestly, these petty local rivaries!!<doh>
 
Neymar will be the best player in the world in a few years once he strengthens up, he is a mix of Messi and Ronaldo.
 
I like how Neymar plays for Barca. Hopefully he matures well and stop the unnecessary antics. If he does he'll be one of the best.
