Having to wait for the same thing, lost my seat of years due to their incompetence and absolutely none spare in the south.
I presume they’ll be released some time next week but can’t find anything in the info on the club site
Sunderland AFC season ticket holders have until 4pm on Friday 3rd May to renew their seat at an exclusive loyalty price. For existing season ticket holders to sign up for the new campaign at the lowest available price, simply visit safc.com/tickets to renew your seat. All 2024-25 season tickets will be distributed digitally and we continue to appreciate that some season ticket holders will be unable to utilise a digital season ticket. Supporters wanting a non-digital alternative are asked to contact the ticket office via [email protected] by Friday 3rd May. A member of our ticketing team will then be in touch by 30th June to discuss your personal circumstances and alternative methods of entry. Supporters wishing to move their season ticket seat will now have access to a digital solution, allowing fans to complete a seat move online for the first time. Following the conclusion of our renewal period, seats that have not been renewed will be released ahead of the next phase of 2024-25 season ticket sales. This release of seats also presents the opportunity for those who have already purchased their place to relocate to elsewhere within the stadium ahead of our next Sky Bet Championship campaign, if they wish to do so. Supporters can complete seat moves from Wednesday 8 May. Find guidance for this process below. Guide to moving your seat online 1. Sign into your ticketing account using your season card number and password. 2. Hit the person icon in the top right and select the 'seat moves' notification from the menu that opens on the right hand side of your browser, or centrally when accessing on mobile. 3. Select the ticket holder/s you'd like to move and hit 'move seat'. You'll then be redirected to the interactive seat map. 4. Select the new seat/s from any available areas. It is important you manually select seats together if you wish to sit together. Seat moves within the same booking are not automatically allocated together during this process. Key things to consider 1. Supporters can only move seats from within the same booking at one time. If you wish to move seats from different bookings, please complete this in separate transactions. 2. Supporters cannot purchase additional seats during this process, please complete purchase of your season ticket prior to undergoing the seat move process. 3. Please note that season ticket seats within the same booking are not automatically allocated next to each other during the seat move process. You will need to self-select suitable groupings within the stadium. 4. Supporters can only move their seat to an area of the same price, or a more expensive area. Moving to a more expensive area 1. When supporters select 'move seat' from the interactive stadium map, the new seat is added to the basket. Upon navigation to the basket, supporters can view the amount they owe and complete the usual checkout process to pay the additional amount. You will receive a confirmation email with your new seat details following check out. 2. If you pay via direct debit but want to upgrade your seat, you will simply pay the difference at the point of the seat move. This means your direct debit profile and instalment amounts remain the same for the remainder of the season. Supporters who have already requested a seat move via the Ticket Office will be contacted in order of receipt, starting fromThursday 9 May. For any further support, find contact details for the ticket office here. Move seats online - SAFC
Doesn’t surprise me one bit. Only gotta look at the last 3 transfer windows, especially last summer - a bit of an insult.
