Okay, so everyone knows that we have a tough run of fixtures.

So I cant really see many more points being gained,

TOTTENHAM - Lose

CHELSEA - Lose

STOKE - Win / Draw

MAN CITY - Lose

Obviously that the stereotypical view, but as we know we have taken 6 points from Arsenal & Liverpool, but im not sure if we can do it from Tottenham, Chelsea or Man City.

Your thoughts? & Predictions?

Although for the last 7 games after a defeat we won the next game

So that would work out to be a win against Tottenham, Lose at Chelsea, Win at stoke and lose at man city. Which does reasonable coincidentally.

I predict Swords'll be along to say Barnsley in 5...4...3...2...1...

Rubbish at predictions, but at a bare minimum I'd say we have to win two and just hope other results go our way. Stoke definitely and maybe Spurs? Of course if Utd win the Manchester derby then City'll be out of the race going into the last game so.....

Our next win? Simples .... next Saturday v Spurs.

Get ready to get your Buz back and watch Harry twitch like a good'un when Adel smashes the front of the net from 30 yards to seal a 3-1 victory... COYR'sssss.

Beat spurs and stoke, draw at the bridge, safe by the last day. That's my prediction, I'm sticking to it and even if it doesn't go that way, I'm sticking to it. Much love, nunight

There's really no reason we can't get something against Spurs. There's loads of pressure on them particularly if they lose today and they're not half as good as they think they are.

And we need to pressure them from the off - none of this containment crap - essential that we get AT LEAST a point from this IMO

We need 37 to be sure, 36 for goal difference providing Man City don't find their shooting boots on the last day, two home wins WILL do...

Do we think it is an advantage to be kicking off at 5:30 on Saturday when we will know the Blackburn, Bolton and Wigan results. Just looking for any thin sliver of edge in our direction?? If they all lose (not that unlikely), on the one hand we could afford to lose. On the other hand, it would be yet another chance to see more daylight between us and 17th.

Might sound counter-intuitive, but I think we will have more chance of getting a result out of the ManC game if they're still IN with a sniff of the title than definitively OUT of the race.
If they still have a chance they will be shot to pieces with nerves and in just the right frame of mind for desperately drowning men to pull under.
If, on the other hand, they're free of the burden of hope I feel they will toy with us like a cat with a half-dead mouse.

If we both play like yesterday there'll be a cricket score!...

As I've said a number of times on other threads. We'll flirt with Lady Relegation without ever getting in her knickers.

Squeaky arse time on the last day of the season, with the Rs needing to at least match Blackburn's result. Survival by either one point or GD.

Only the result against Stoke really matters at the moment. As John Maynard Keynes once said,"when the facts change, I change my mind. What do you do, sir?"

Mind you, he also said,“the long run is a misleading guide to current affairs. In the long run we are all dead.”
