Please not McClaren!!! I'm hoping for Moyes. Proven Premier League experience. Not positive that we will get lucky again with another unproven foreign manager, like we did with Poch. We need stability, and a 'name' to convince the players not to all jump ship.
The Leihberrs are known for their ethical and moral values...Grant would have to give up brothel visits for a start (though I'm sure he only went for the physiotherapy).
Nothing against Moyes, but have you spoken to any Everton fans about his tenure? The ones I know expressed relief at no longer having to watch negative football (though they may just be a little bitter. Who could blame em, eh?).
So that's why they were happy to keep him for over ten years??!! Trust, its 100% bitterness and nothing more.
I just want a manager that plays in a similar style that we have been used to, one that is up and coming and of course who has done reasonably well to date. If we went with someone like Hughton or Mackay, and had to watch their style of football, I think I'd cry.

Yes to Paul Clement, Murat Yakin, Gus Poyet (I don't like him but he's good) and I think Mclaren is an improving manager. No to Neil Lennon, Moyes and Hughton.
