It amazes me that when our players have 2-to-3 bad games there's always a clamour to sell, drop, get rid ...thank goodness we don't have Drogba or Rooney playing for us as half the would-be managers on here would have doled out more of the same.

Yes, Migs was very good yesterday, so too has Gordon in previous games, however, I thought he looked second-rate against Stoke and should have done much better against Chelsea. He's still a very good keeper and we have a superb understudy in Migs - do people forget that he looked very suspect in judging the flight of the ball at the start of the season? (he seems much better now)

Players don't suddenly lose all their skill overnight - doh!
 
mytrle, im with you all the way flash is our no.1, but may have to be put to use for the good of the club unfortunately, if it benefits the club so be it
 
Everyone is forgetting what Gordon has done for us? A few poor games and suddenly he can't be the keeper he was at the back end of last season and the start of this season before injury? Mig was in goal for a month or two, and Gordon came back stronger, pulling off save after save. Yes, he was poor in the Stoke game, we can put the blame on him for that. But to sell? No no no, we need top keepers at the club and IMO, Mig is not the finished article yet.

Welbeck for Henderson, that is a trade I'd be extremely happy with.
 
I think signing the loanees would be a shrewd move. Would add a lot of depth especially if there is some money floating about in the summer to sign more players. DB's fee would go a long way towards getting the loanees on board. Elmo for around £3m in accordance to the loan agreement.

Sulley would be an ace permanent acquisiton.

Ned, I can take or leave tbh. With bardo being an all round super hero what i would rather have is an out and out LB.

It goes without saying that Dannyboy would be be an amazing signing, and with Macheda, Diouf and others coming back to UTD at the end of the season, we have a chance of at least getting him back on loan for another season.

Add into this, a few more signings in the summer, maybe finding someone to replace steed who has a bit of pedigree would be nice. Along with a LB and a big man to partner Gyan. I would be a happy boy
 
It's looking increasing likely that next season's team will be very different to this years team. I expect most of loan players will go back to their parent clubs and a number of established players - Henderson, Ferdinand, Gordon, Richardson will be elsewhere. I think this summer will make or break Bruce's time at Sunderland.
It seems the board have some faith in Bruce so hopefully they will back him in the transfer market regardless? Let the crazy speculation start!
I hope our adventures in transferworld are set a little higher than Shefki Kuqi.....
