You know **** all, you've been in the Trafford centre most of the season.
Wolves only have 3-4 stand out players, and Cardiff don't really have any,so yes.

Not one of the current players or the coach/ dof or owner will see the prem with lufc.
When youhave paid out on this years bet we can discuss the stake..

Not only that but Cardiff are going to be promoted (trust me, that's done) with the much maligned Sol Bamba as their centre back. So who the **** on here, me included, knows how a player will turn out. Why not give them time to improve?

One player I wanted to sign last Summer but not available, but I have a feeling he might be this Summer. Hes about 34 but we need an experienced captain and motivator who will kick arse. A captain who has experience of promotion to the Prem a player with International experience. Wes Morgan

and Millwall with Morison he will be a prem player next season
Warnock took him to Leeds but then Warnock knows quality <ok>

So strikers for next season:

Forget Lassoga, Ekuban unless either score a bag full in the next 8, but ekuban isnt good enough for me, and Roofe too.

We have Grot, who has scored 3 in 2 for the U23s and finally got one for the 1st team. Tyler Roberts looking forward to seeing him, but we have Dalby, Edmondson and Clarke too so thats 5 kids with potential. The money we could save if a couple of those break through this season would mean we could spend more on one top striker rather than a couple of average ones in the summer.

The Nigerian playing in Serie B is a joke signing so please Ofta dont even go there the guy has 30 striker ahead of him in that poor league and hes scored 5 all season
As I've said on here before, tell me that last striker we had that had a stonkin' first season with us. (The answer was Becchio, btw).

Ekuban could be the next McContract or Wood for all we know. (I personally doubt it, but then I was one of the many who would have been quite happy if we'd let either of the 2 above go after their first season). We just don't know. I also seriously doubt if Roberts or the other youngsters are the answer either, for exactly the same reason.

Grot? Toughie. If we're persisting with 1 up front, he's not the guy. In fact, only Soggy comes close to fulfilling that role. There is no-one in the u23s to call on for that role either. If we're going 2 up front, perhaps. 3 up front, then more likely, with him playing wide.

Ruth? Similarly, no real use in a 1 up front. 2 or 3 up, then he might well be a big surprise to many. He's got a good scoring record playing in the centre this season. Sadly people class him as a low scoring striker, forgetting of course that he's been played as a winger. Not the best winger, I might add, but then that's not what we bought him for. If played properly, he'll be a success. Hopefully with us & not someone else.

Soggy? Great when we play his game. But we hardly ever do. That's the rub, dear friends. Will Eck play his game next season? Only Eck knows.

What we do know about PH is that he doesnt do 4-5-1 and prefers the 4-4-2 set up but unless you have a Wood, Becchio type player we cant do a 4-5-1 thats a fact. Soggy has been wasted IMHO, so if PH discovers we do have some strike talent in the kids he is able to use Clarke in a 3 or 2 as we saw with the U23s last week, he ripped the right back to shreds and set up 2 goals, which aint bad for CF. Roberts again needs a big man to play off, but whatever happens even if the 3 kids and Roberts come good we still need an experienced CF who scores. Lassoga? Only if he is given service. Orta took Patrick Bamford to Boro and after a slow start up there he is repaying with goals now. Dalby and Clarke are similar players
