    That may well be true, but he was very misguided in the way he handled the -15 situation.

    No I don't think he's dead. My comment was said the way I'd have said it to you if I'd been in conversation with you.

    I've met him in the Peacock before and over the years he has sorted out tickets and stuff not only for the UK supporters branches but also the Irish and overseas supporters.
    Bates treated him and the supporters club badly IMO and Bates was the one who got the club the -15 points and put us into administration, not Fells.

    Yes Pags he's 14, so I'm bringing him over for a belated b.present. His 3 brothers their 2 mates and 1 girlfriend are over as well...yikes

    You were talking about him in the past tense. I don't understand how it would come across any different in conversation.

    Regardless of what Bates may or may not have done wrong, it was the club that was punished, and punished severly and unfairly by the Football League.

    The club is bigger and more important than personal disputes.
