Another thing is, she’s not going to be chief exec even. As I understand it, that position is being hired for. She’s a part owner, not a chief exec. So there’s a lot of hiring needs to happen. Probably before Bruce goes.

There's a ridiculous amount of roles need filling, from admin, payroll, security, warehousing, marketing, the lot and thats bog standard jobs and roles.

Then your looking at the management and executive roles - again across the board.

All of that is way before we get into things like coaching, management, scouting, physiotherapy, sports science the lot.

Its been run like a non league club for years.

Brucey will be gone in good time. I think he will have been told his future lyes elsewhere privately today. As you have said, there will be a huge recruitment drive on all levels. Walk before we can run here.

I went Favre when this first went up and I've seen nothing to make me change my mind.
