SAFC83 - I'm allowed to disagree with yours or anyone else's opinion. It's my opinion that "Monty" is not displaying the same loyalty to the club that Jimmy Montgomery did and that is the point I was making, if he called himself Darren Bent then fair enough.
Ron atkinson , Steve mclaren, Big lawrie, and George graham could a job , but they have been out of the English game a tad too long, i would go for Hose Morinho, Pep gladiola, or Kevin keegan!. And my loyalty is over 31 years as a supporter, went to EVERY home 3rd division game 1987-88, the 8,500 Plymouth game, and have been a season ticket holder all but one season at the stadium of light!. And we can give MON big money in Jan, then i think that will satisfy the fans.
Mon will maybe get £10m in January, £15m if he's lucky and there are realistic targets out there. Don't get excited about him spending 20-30-40 million pounds.
