Does that mean Rafa is going to manage Lyon on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Napoli for the rest of the week?

That would quietly amuse me if we’re stuck with Bruce - Rafa can butt-fact him as the season progresses

I imagine RAFMAN as camping in the woods outside of Rafa's Scouse estate and peering at him through powerful binoculars and writing down his every move.

9.02 reached into the fridge for milk (semi skimmed from Tesco, BBE 1.6.21)
9.03 poured milk onto cornflakes (approx 150ml)
9.04 Sat down on left hand sofa
9.05 took glasses (Jaeger bifocals) outside of inside pocket of dressing gown and popped them on with right hand

    etc...

Apparently Wolves are interviewing 4 candidates this week. Lage is one, Rafa is supposed to be another. There's also apparently an English manager and another Portuguese.

Lage is obviously the front runner as he's also a Mendes man, but there seems to be some issues with his work permit.

The fact that several backroom staff have been released points to a manager bringing in their own staff and wanting a clear out.

Top players such as Neves are going to be sold, which also indicates they're trying to free up some funds for transfers.

I'm not saying that Rafa is definitely going to Wolves, but I would be astonished if he's not the manager of either Palace, Wolves or Spurs next season.

Well one of your 569 guesses so far might have a chance.

The only way he's ending up at Spurs or Wolves is as a stop gap. That's as much as the decent/top clubs rate him now. And rightly so, most clubs wants something modern and progressive, in Spurs case attacking too. Rafa just doesn't meet the criteria with his stop the oppo approach. Palace he might have a chance, because the transition from Hodgson to him would be easier as he was fairly defensive and played a less modern brand too.
