So KJ has had enough and decided to resign 5 day after saying he wouldn't walk away even if we got relegated.

Who do we want to replace him and more to the point who will actually want to manage us? (I'm thinking Wembley fighting)

JB whoever you get in please make some cash available to him as we are nailed on for relegation with the current squad <ok>

First off - don't think Joe G should do it - even if he wants it.

We also need someone who can identify good potential strikers.

KJ was very good in sorting out the defence - but his choice of strikers in the last 6 months let him down. Hope new manager gets a decent striker coach if it's not his personal strength.

Agree that the newcomer needs a decent budget. And please let's not hear about the difficulty of recruiting manager/players because of Millwall's problems. (I accept it is a fact of life) I remember being told that when it was a revolving manager's door at Millwall in 2004 - 2007. It became a broken record.

On the downside - who will KJ take with him from current Lions players?

Looking forward - I'd like Sean Dyche but I'd like to see Neil Harris's influence back at the club. Sean's Watford out Millwalled Millwall. What irony!

Beyond him - there are some good League 1 Managers - let's not get a 'hasbeen'.

The Millwall manager needs unusual resilience and KJ had that. But - did he look unwell in the last few months. You could see his health really suffering.

    Thanks for everything KJ

OK, so let's start throwing some names up and see what people think. Sean Dyche has been mentioned, and Neil Harris, what about others with a Millwall connection, like Alex Rae?

Don't see why Howe would come here after getting Bournemouth up.

    Ferguson - yes there's a curved ball. O'Driscoll?

What about Rosler if he doesn't get Brentford up? What about Martin Allen at Gillingham?

I think he actually would have stayed if you had got relegated, the fact that the clubs getting no better with him in charge is probably the reason hes leaving.

Wall mate just texted me that Eddie Howe is favourite at 5's <ok>

Can't see him leaving after getting the cherries up and will surely want a crack at the Champ with them, never set the world alight at Burnley <doh>

Jesus it's a done deal according to Victor Chandler who have Eddie Howe a massive favourite at 2's <yikes>

    http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/millwall/next-permanent-manager

Can't see him walking out on them a second time after they took him back <ok>

Jesus just noticed our Joe 5/2 favourite with Stan James <yikes>

Redknapp was 2/5 to be next England boss so don't read to much into it Steve.

We're in no rush to sign a new manager according to Ambler so hope this is the case as I don't want a return to a new manager every 6 months.
