I'd take Taricco, definitely. Fiery little bugger, up to date thinking, learned from a good 'un and blue to the core. Not much experience, but Sir Bobby wasn't exactly an old hand when we got him, was he? Klug for asst?

I feel sorry for the new manager already, he now has roystons & jewells **** ups to put right.....thats without a relegation dog fight to contend with quarter way into the season.....Attractive job isnt it...

Defeats would probably be easier to take if we were using some of younger players with a view to them getting better with game time. Jewell claims he is protecting the young players by taking them out of the firing line when what he really means is he's trying to protect his job by bringing loaness in. This is because he doesn't have what it takes to nurture talent and relies on older players to the job for him.

I hope the next manager sends the majority of our loanees back (unless they want to sign) and works with our contracted players more. A modicum of consistency in team selection is needed if results are to follow.
