With Lee Bowyer turning Charlton's season around and giving them half a chance of reaching the play-offs could he be an option for a six month stint as the next Leeds manager? As a player he couldnt wait to **** Charlton off too join Leeds so i can see him doing the same as a manager, Charlton fans see him as some sort of prodigal son and the deluded amongst them are beginning to compare him to Neil Harris, as many will remember he was a product of their youth system and was banned for a year after getting caught smoking the ganja and then making just 46 appearances before Leeds came calling.
Millwall were virtually down when Harris took over from Hollowhead in March(9 games left), after a decent start which included a customary win over Charlton we were relegated with his record being won 2, drew 4 and losing 3. The rest as they say is history. With Shagingbottom of the thirteen games played so far Leeds have won 2,drew 4 and lost 7 which is relegation form.
If ever Harris was tempted away for big money somewhere else, Dave Livermore, Alex Rae and Steve Morison would all be higher up the ladder than Lee Bowyer to replace him 2020.
