Iraola looks to be a very good manager . I was very impressed with his team last night. Whether he could bring that intensity and passion to Liverpool is the question. I would love to see him manage Liverpool
It's gonna take some time to get this team playing at the kind of intensity that can live with Brighton or Bournemouth let alone Arsenal so if we are thinking of sacking Slot then it needs to be done sooner rather than later.

Also iBournemouth have had their fair share of injuries and hit a bad patch as a result. That's the sort of thing that doesn't really get magnified unless you're managing a club like Liverpool.

The Bournemouth manager, Andoni Iraola, is leaving and I don't think he has been seriously linked with any club in the Prem, and we do have Hughes who we took from Bournemouth(I think, but stand to be corrected). I think he would be a good choice has he has Prem experience and has done well with Bournemouth. As long as we do not go for another Dutch manager which would be more Slot type football.
As I said a few days ago Iraola would be a really good choice. Rumours are growing that Slot and LFC have come to an agreement and he is leaving by mutual consent and Iraola is the club's first choice. Watch this space.

Rumours seem to be gathering in number, Iraola is cropping up a lot as a replacement. Brilliant if it’s true

Yeah, Sloth is a dead man walking. Sounds like it will be shortly after the final game.

Trouble is, with the proliferation of social media these days any uninformed nobody can issue any rumour they want, and we all tend to gravitate towards those that we like the sound of.
Might be true, might not - as ever, I'll just wait and see.

Today has been absolute chaos on Liverpool social media.
You couldn’t scroll X, Facebook or Bluesky for more than 30 seconds without seeing claims that Arne Slot is leaving after the Brentford game. The betting odds on Andoni Iraola even crashed hard during the day, which only added more fuel to the fire.
But here’s the important part:
None of the journalists closest to Liverpool have backed the rumours.
James Pearce has now checked directly and says Liverpool’s stance is unchanged. The club still plans for Slot to stay and continue into next season.
That doesn’t mean fans suddenly have to be happy with the season. The frustration is very real. The performances, the identity issues, the atmosphere around the club… people are reacting to all of it.
But right now this feels more like social media hysteria feeding itself than something genuinely advanced behind the scenes.

It would explain Irola's decision to leave no matter what Ballmouth did this season

Thought he was linked with Bilbao when he announced he was leaving, but maybe things have changed and LFC have had a chat with him and made him an offer he can't refuse. No horses heads involved!!!!
