Cellino will have to make some unpopular decisions in order to progress forward.

I think its too early to judge him yet
 
One thing I think we can all agree on, is that we will not be kept in the dark with whatever plans Maximus has put in place. There is a huge meeting in the morning where players and staff get to find a lot out. Once they have agreed a plan we will be informed about it I have no doubt. We will also get to hear a lot of the nitty gritty and why some things are going to happen, but we need to listen to what we're being told and give the new owner the chance to do what he wants for the betterment of the club. This bloke is a switched on businessman and he will not want to lose his shirt and he will also know that the big cash is in the prem, its just a case of knowing how long he plans on being in the championship.

Give him time as he deserves a chance doesn't he?
 
Doc, everyone deserves a chance ... my concern is that all we've heard from Massivo is "woe is me" since he bought the club ... even bigger worry is that he wants to be the manager, pick the team and decide the tactics, and I'll tell you this for free that in English football that's a non-starter ... players won't take to an overly emotional President deciding on their playing time and tactics, and it will simply cause more problems than good ... so look at it this way - we go to Huddersfield and lose 6-0 with a team and tactics Cellino has decided on, then we come home and lose 5-0 to Wolves after Cellino decided to go with three forwards and six changes, now who the hell gets the blame? Cellino ain't gonna hold his hands up and sack himself, that's a certainty. The "coach" will probably get the bullet, with utterances to the press of "he couldn't get the players to understand how I wanted them to a-playa", and then when we lose 11-0 at the Wall he'll blame Tom Lees for being injured and unavailable for selection, saying "a bigga Tom, he no good in plaster, I a-wanted to a-playa him up front next to Smiff, because Benni he a-saya Tom he can score-a lotsa goals for us" ... I am not kidding, if Cellino goes with his plan of being the manager expect a disastrous and increasingly bizarre season ahead, with much more heartache than joy for us

You see this is what keeps pissing me off. It CAN get worse, much worse, look at Pompey, we've not hit rock bottom, far from it. This ridiculous attitude that any crazy decision Cellino makes has to be for the better is the result of some borderline delusional wishful thinking from a large chunk of our fanbase.

And as for "giving him a chance" I thought we'd learned our lesson from Bates and GFH. Any owner needs to be judged from the moment they step in the door, not from some indeterminate point in the future when all their actions suddenly start counting for some reason.

And as for those "rumours" that turned out to not be true, can you please enlighten me as to what those are, or are you getting them mixed up with Cellino's promises, which he most definitely hasn't delivered on.

So what's your plan exactly? Overthrow Cellino perhaps or have a dig at everything that he does from here till eternity. Don't think you're gonna have a lot of fun supporting Leeds into the future. Personally, not gonna get bothered about stuff that might or might not happen and I've no control over anyway

I'd settle for that. We only had one out of three last season so players playing and manager managing would be a big step forward

I know but it would go some way towards explaining Hockaday's sudden emergence as favourite. Even Festa didn't manage to relegate a team like Fleetwood from the Conference

Or Paul hart as he knows how to set up academy's, he also did a great job at Forest and now looks like he will be the next Blackpool manager
