The problem with your viewpoint is that we clearly started to struggle after we lost the first player - a player that many would have previously argued wasn't a 'key spine player' - and not after we lost all three. He was immediately replaced by a player that has such opposing attributes that it's almost laughable that the manager deemed him the correct replacement. But there you go, all it proves is that Bob gets some things right and some things wrong. Right = Bruce can be a diabolically bad manager at times. Wrong = Huddlestone should have no place in our starting eleven.
