No. He was a good ball carrier. I liked wickham. Only 22 In time he would get better.
He does have time to get better, no doubting that. I didn't see any gradual improvement in all his time here though, his positioning was non-existent, he didn't know how best to use that huge frame of his and he had the touch of a baby elephant!
I wanted him to succeed more then most, but in time, I had to concede he wasn't going to make it at Sunderland.
