Money piling in on Evatt this morning since the Ramsey news - into 10/3 now from 12/1 this last hour or so. Now just behind Buckingham and Barry Murphy in the list.
Ok he wants to play but Mexico? Who does that? He could have gone back to Scotland or somewhere in Europe. His halo has slipped big time.
Personally I'd like to see Evatt given a shot at it. At 6' 3" he was a Sam Allardyce clone character at Bolton who takes no prisoners. It may not be pretty but he'd shake our lot up. That's just what's wanted in this division - we can worry about the aesthetics of the game when we're out of it.
