Please, please don't give it to Ramsey and his mate Gunter! The sight of those two giggling schoolboys in the technical area during the game yesterday made my flesh creep. It's all too pally.

We need a strong outsider to come in and sort out the footballing side of this club, the coaching and the playing staff - a few of whom seemed they couldn't care less. Willock is a total waste of space - I've seen more passion in a goldfish. El Ghazi has been a passenger and although plausible in interviews, Robinson only seems to play when he feels like it.

Bring in a tough nut to sort it aka Warnock (bot not him) instead of some nice guys like Riza nd Rambo who will never do what's needed. It's time for Tan and his henchmen to bite the bullet footballwise because League One is no place for mates, and our continued presence down there will decimate the finances as well as the fanbase.

I'm really not bothered about the personal visuals of our next boss. What I don't want is another adventure into Jurassic Park wherein live the old school, straight talking dinosaurs.

There was enough yesterday to suggest that Rambo can do a good job. It's what's in-between him an Tan that is the real problem.

Also glad we immediately got promoted out of League Two <whistle>

There is no evidence at all that Rambo can do a good job, and old mate Gunter alongside him is another shot in the dark.

Granted two games is hardly decisive of his ability, but his appointment as next perm manager would be further evidence of Tan's "line of least resitance" easy route policy.

It's all been said before, but get some nuts Tan and get a footballing guy on the board. This ship has sunk because of you and your associates in charge.

We can only hope that now we've seen the long avoided drop happen that VT will wake up to the fact that changes HAVE to happen.

Someone needs to send him on a visit to Brighton to learn how modern, forward thinking clubs are run...

Well, we all agree about getting a footballing guy in the board.

I think the major problem with regard to getting a proven, successful manager is our reputation. I mean who with any ability, would want to come here and be told what to do by idiots?

For me, any successful appointment will be despite our board and our reputation and not because of those factors. So let's give the local lads a go first with Tan's support.

Extract from CCFCST letter to Tan...............

"After the worst start to a season in the club's history and the expected departure of manager Erol Bulut, we believe it was a mistake to appoint such an inexperienced Championship manager as Omer Riza when there many experienced managers available to recruit. We are also unclear as to whether the permanent appointment of Omer Riza after an inordinate delay and after a series of poor performances and results was based on a board decision/recommendation or was solely a decision by the owner and on what criteria that decision was made.

"We thank Aaron Ramsey for stepping into an ultimately unsuccessful position as caretaker manager for the last three games of the season. However, we strongly believe that for the next season in League One we need an experienced manager at that level, possibly with Aaron playing a part in an assistant role to pick up experience (similar to Craig Bellamy under Vincent Kompany at Burnley and Anderlecht).

    I'm sorry?
When have I ever suggested that genuine held opinions are a problem?
I don't get your comment but it seems a bit aggressive.

Not aggressive at all clingo. There seems to be a diverse set of opinions that you either agree with or don't.

Merely stated mine and you stated yours - that's a sign of a healthy discussion forum. <ok>

Because you posted "so some people have the same opinion as you".

I could say that was "aggressive" and somewhat dismissive of my post.

I merely stated a fact and for the life of me I can't see how it was dismissive of your comment. Should I have put a smiley on the end of it?
Feels like a bit of projection going on.
