I had no idea there were any protesters at all until someone told me, apart from one German guy who got into an event with about 13,000 young catholics. He said, in a very thick accent; 'Sex, drugs, rock and roll, you are all hypocrites'. He was booed off the stage, he didn't even need any security to take him! I don't understand why people were protesting about it though. Each person paid for the WYD package; acommodation, food, events and part of the security bill. It also brought about 2 million tourists to spain, terrible I know!
